If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will issue a full refund within 5 business days.

To be eligible for a refund:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Photo evidence of the damage or defect is required
- Request must be made within 30 days of delivery

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong color selection, or orders that show delivered tracking status.
